Rose Balm - Miel Botanicals

Beautifully multipurpose! Use this gentle, natural balm to cleanse your face (use with our super soft, organic eco bamboo cloth for best results) and as a moisturiser. Even removes waterproof mascara, gently and effectively.

This gentle skincare balm is a luxurious treat for skin. Handmade in small batches, the skin-loving oils (such as golden jojoba and sweet almond) are infused with organic rose petals before being carefully blended by hand with our own beeswax, shea butter, rosehip oil and rose absolute essential oil, rose geranium oil and Vitamin E.

This gentle balm is suitable for all skin types but is especially suited to sensitive, dry/combination skin and maturing skin.

25 gram jar.

Did we mention it is multipurpose! Can be used as a gentle cleanser and/or a soothing and refining moisturiser.

To cleanse:

Apply a tiny amount of balm with your fingertips to dry face.
Massage into skin with gentle, circular motions to help stimulate circulation to the face.
Wet a flannel or face muslin with hot water, wring out excess water and use the face cloth to gently remove the balm.

As a steam cleanse:

Apply the balm as a facial mask and either relax in a warm bath for ten minutes or lay a hot flannel or face muslin over the face for 5 minutes.
Relax and allow the balm to work with the steam to gently draw out impurities and grime from the pores.
Gently remove the balm with soft, sweeping strokes using a muslin or flannel.

As a moisturiser:
Apply a small amount to any dry skin, eyebrows, lips, neck, decollete, cheekbones.

For hands: Massage a tiny amount of balm into each nail and cuticle to heal flaking or weak nails.

For body: Use on any dry or flaky skin patches such as elbows, knees, cracked heels.

Please note - this product is cruelty-free and no ingredients are tested on animals. The beeswax used comes from my own beehive of happy and carefully looked after bees who forage in the surrounding orchard and wildflower meadows here in East Lothian, Scotland.
